Refund policy
At DESIGOLD, we take pride in delivering 100% natural, stone-ground products of the highest quality. Because our items are food products, returns are handled with care to ensure food safety.
1. Eligibility for Return or Refund
We accept return or refund requests only in the following cases:
- The product received is damaged, leaking, or tampered with
- You received an incorrect product
- The product is expired at the time of delivery
Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photo/video proof of the issue.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and food safety reasons, the following are not eligible for return:
- Products that have been opened or used
- Items returned after 48 hours of delivery
- Sale or clearance items (unless damaged)
3. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days
- For prepaid orders, the refund includes the product cost (shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours)
- For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or store credit
4. How to Raise a Request
Email us with your order number, photos, and a brief description of the issue. Our team will respond within 24 hours.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
