Shipping policy
We deliver DESIGOLD products across India through trusted courier and logistics partners.
1. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days
- You will receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order is dispatched
2. Delivery Time
- Standard delivery: 3-7 business days (depending on your location)
- Remote and rural areas may take 7-10 business days
3. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499
- For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee applies (calculated at checkout)
4. Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number. You can use it to track your package on the courier partner's website.
5. Undelivered or Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal by the recipient:
- A re-shipping fee will apply
- Refunds (if requested) will be processed minus the original shipping cost
6. Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, do not accept the delivery. If already accepted, raise a return request within 48 hours with photo proof.
7. International Shipping
We currently ship within India only.
